A very warm welcome to Gainsborough Nursery School, part of the Lincolnshire Maintained Nursery School Federation (LMNSF).
My name is Laura Cook, and I am proud to be the Executive Headteacher across our family of four maintained nursery schools: Gainsborough Nursery School in Gainsborough, Wyndham Park Nursery School in Grantham, Kingsdown Nursery School in Lincoln, and Boston Nursery School in Boston.

At Gainsborough Nursery School, we are proud of our long-standing reputation for excellence in early years education. As a maintained nursery school, we are state-funded and led by qualified teachers and early years specialists, giving children the very best start in a supportive, inspiring environment that values play, creativity, and care.

As part of LMNSF, we work closely with our partner schools to share knowledge, strengthen leadership, and ensure the ongoing success of maintained nursery education across Lincolnshire. Our federation allows us to retain each school’s individual identity while benefitting from collaboration, professional development, and a shared vision for outstanding early education.
